You will be transferred to Istanbul Bus Terminal for about 8-9 hours overnight bus trip to Cappadocia. Upon your arrival to Cappadocia, you will be picked up with meet and greet at the airport service (plate with your name on) and then transferred to your hotel.

Day 1

Day 2

After the underground city visit, you’ll drive to the famous Ihlara Valley. The valley is a fantastic canyon with a depth of about 100 meters and about 10 km. length that was formed by the volcanic activity from Mount Hasan and erosion by the Melendiz River hundred thousands of years ago.

Ihlara Valley is not only a natural beauty, but also a rocky settlement area that hosted an extreme monastery life between 4th to 13th centuries D.C. and housed more than four thousand dwellings and a hundred hidden cave churches decorated with frescoes and houses lining the gorge.

You will have about 3 km. hike here and stop for lunch at the Belisirma village.

After lunch, you’ll head to the ancient Selime Monastery and Agzikarahan Caravanserai. The Monastery was carved into the rock by monks in the 13th century.

After your final day in Cappadocia, your guide will drive you to bus terminal back for an overnight bus trip back to Istanbul.

Upon arrival to Istanbul, the travel agency staff will be there for you with plate with your name on, and then will drop you back to your hotel in Istanbul.
